BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PURECORTEX PLATFORM (THE "SERVICE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
1. Nature of Service
PURECORTEX is an experimental, autonomous AI agent launchpad operating on the Algorand blockchain. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
2. Complete Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATORS, DEVELOPERS, OR OPERATORS OF PURECORTEX BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Usage of the Service implies your agreement to indemnify and hold harmless the creators from any claims, losses, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from:
- Financial loss due to bonding curve volatility
- Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits
- AI-generated content or actions
- Regulatory changes or blockchain network failures
3. No Financial Advice
The Service does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Tokenizing AI agents involves extreme risk. You are solely responsible for your transactions.
4. Acceptance by Use
Accessing the platform interface, connecting an Algorand wallet, or interacting with the Neural Link constitutes immediate and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
